The Role

We are looking for a highly professional Digital Account Manager with 5+ years of proven agency experience in the digital space, with strong expertise in building client relationships and delivering impactful digital strategies.

As a Digital Account Manager at NEMO, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients, owning the relationship end-to-end and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service. You will lead digital strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee multiple campaigns, and present clear insights and recommendations.The core purpose of the role is to serve as a dedicated client account manager, responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring a high standard of client service through continuous communication and coordination. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and deliver sustained added value.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients accurately and efficiently to understand and fulfil their needs, while managing their expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Maintain a holistic view of each client account, proactively identifying growth opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, and service expansion) to maximize client value and long-term partnership potential

  • Design & implement digital strategy according to the client's business goals and provide them with clear explanations of campaign performance metrics.

  • Supervise the utilization of client digital touchpoints (websites, apps, lead generation forms, etc.)

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (creative, performance, content, tech) to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of all projects, in line with client objectives and quality guidelines.

  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with campaign objectives and priorities

  • Act as the main liaison with external stakeholders and partners

  • Develop and present innovative social and digital media strategies

  • Formulate communication plans across Social Media, Branded Content, and Digital Media

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget parameters

  • Own KPIs for your client account, ensuring weekly targets are tracked and achieved consistently

  • Be responsible for monthly reporting, including creation, analysis, and actionable recommendations, while ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing on a monthly basis.

  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations, scope, and quality standards

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in client/account management within a digital advertising agency (mandatory)

  • A university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field will be considered an asset.

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • A refined ownership mindset, enabling autonomous management of multiple deliverables with full accountability for quality, timelines, and results.

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g. email marketing) will be considered a plus

  • Fluent in Greek (written and spoken) mandatory and excellent command of English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)

  • Strong awareness of digital marketing trends and industry developments

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Proven experience in delivering and overseeing results across client accounts

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, alongside well-developed listening and negotiation abilities, fostering effective engagement at all levels.

  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and perform well under tight deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
